Electrical Needed: Yes ______ No ________ (bring a 25' extension cord) The Veterans Benefits Fair participating agencies are asked to arrive no later than 8:30am to set-up. The Armed Forces Day Parade will begin at 9am and end at City Hall. Participants will be asked to man their tables as the parade disbands. Agencies will be grouped with like services and some additional space will be provided for waiting areas. Agencies that require power for booths or presentations will be placed on the sides of the venues to accommodate electrical cords. The Veterans Benefits Fair Coordinators will approve booth spaces for content and appropriateness. No sales will be allowed at these events.
